Neurodivergence-Focused Therapy for Adults

Life as a neurodivergent adult can feel like constantly navigating a world that wasn’t built for you. Whether you’re newly identified, deep in burnout, or just beginning to wonder if your brain works differently — you deserve a space to explore, process, and reconnect with your sense of self.

We offer neuro-affirming, trauma-informed therapy for adults that centres lived experience, self-understanding, and finding ways of being that actually work for you — not just what’s expected.

What We Support Neurodivergent Adults With

Whatever you're working through, we’re here to offer support that honours your pace, preferences, and lived experience.

What Neurodivergence-Focused Adult Therapy Looks Like With Us

Our work together is collaborative and flexible — shaped around what feels safe, meaningful, and manageable for you. We honour your communication style, preferences, and pace. This is a space where you don’t have to mask or explain away your experience — all of you is welcome here.

We draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including parts work (drawing from Internal Family Systems), neurodivergent-informed DBT and ACT, and emotion-focused work — all through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming lens. Sessions might include conversation, brain-based psychoeducation to help you understand how your brain works, visual tools, writing, or creative approaches that make sense for you. We explore what’s going on beneath the surface in ways that feel accessible and supportive.

All sessions for adults are offered via Telehealth, allowing you to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable.

What If I’m Unsure Whether I’m Neurodivergent?

You don’t need a formal diagnosis — or even a clear label — to seek support here. Many people come to us because they’re wondering if they might be Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, but aren’t sure. Others simply know that the way they experience the world feels different, and they want space to explore that. We welcome curiosity, self-reflection, and uncertainty. Therapy can be a place to unpack your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and figure out what you need — with or without a diagnosis. If you’re interested in formal assessment, we can talk through that too.
