3. Therapy & Assessment Services

While this website provides information about the services we offer, engaging with our content does not constitute a therapeutic relationship. A formal psychologist-client relationship is only established once a signed consent form is completed and you are accepted as a client through our intake process.

All appointments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline service if we believe a referral to another service is more appropriate for your needs.

4. Bookings, Cancellations & Fees

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Full details of our fees and cancellation policy will be provided at intake.

We reserve the right to update our fees with appropriate notice.

5. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and managing your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and AHPRA guidelines. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information about how we handle your data.

6. Intellectual Property
